Refund Policy

At Sweat Squad Fitness Studio, we strive to provide exceptional facilities, services, and experiences for our members. To maintain the quality of our operations and services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds Policy
All purchases of memberships, class packages, personal training sessions, or other services are final. Refunds will not be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-usage of membership or services
- Change of mind
- Relocation or change in personal circumstances
2. Membership Freezes and Transfers
While refunds are not offered, members may have the option to:
- Freeze their membership for a specified period due to medical or other valid reasons, as outlined in the membership agreement.
- Transfer their membership to another individual, subject to management approval and applicable fees.
3. Service Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a booked class or personal training session, you may reschedule it in accordance with our rescheduling policy. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or credited.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and exceptional cases, management may review refund requests. Such decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Sweat Squad Fitness Studio management and are not guaranteed.
